The home is directly on the beach! Also, is centrally located and is close to everything. Walk down famous Pine Street where you will find many beach boutiques, restaurants and stores. 

Walk out your back door and you enter the screened lanai for hours of shaded bug free beach living.  A private patio overlooking the white sands of the beach known as Bean Point in the town of Anna Maria.

Pour a tall cool drink, walk out to the waters edge and enjoy it on the beach as you watch kids build sand castles and boogie board in the surf.. There will be no need to haul your beach needs down the street to your rental because you are ''On The Beach''. Have a leisurely lunch in the bug free, fully screened, beach side lanai while you listen to the surf serenade and the natural wildlife that is abundant on the island. There is always a spot on the beach for you as this section of the island only has single homes on the beach and NO condos so the beach is never crowded. Later take a stroll south down the beach to the Sand Bar Restaurant and enjoy a beverage or meal of your choice and listen to the guitar man play ''Cheeseburger in Paradise''.  Maybe stay for lunch or dinner and indulge your pallet with some wonderful tropical cuisine.

The home was extensively remodeled in 2004 and is at ground level so it is accessible to all.One handicap bathroom and the other with a walk in shower as well. Many of our guest have loved ones they wish to spend time with on the beach and this home offers the opportunity for them to avoid stairs and be on the beach easily. The pristine waters of the Gulf of Mexico and wonderful white sand beach are right out the back door. This home is a perfect place to enjoy paradise and will engrave wonderful unforgettable memories for the whole family.
